Sabrina Soffer

Sabrina Soffer is an American-Israeli essayist, author, and speaker. She is a recent graduate of the George Washington University, where she double-majored in Philosophy with a Public Affairs Focus and Judaic Studies. She currently works with the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy in Washington, D.C. Sabrina’s professional experience includes working on the investigations of campus antisemitism spearheaded by the Congressional Education & Workforce Committee and conducting research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. She has recently been appointed a Cohort Member of Israeli President Michael Herzog’s Voice of the People Initiative, where she will be working to address Israel-World Jewry relations.

Sabrina is a regular columnist for the Jerusalem Post, and her writing has appeared in Fathom Journal, The ISGAP Occasional Paper Series, The Washington Examiner, Tablet Magazine, Fathom Journal, The Hill, The Times of Israel, and beyond. Sabrina is a published author, contributing to Young Zionist Voices: A New Generation Speaks Out and releasing her first book in 2022, My Mother’s Mirror: A Generational Journey of Resilience & Self-Discovery. She is an active public speaker, having testified to the Congressional House Committee on Homeland Security and addressed an audience of nearly 300,000 at the American March for Israel on November 14, 2023.

During college, Sabrina served as President of Chabad GW and commissioned GW’s Special Presidential Task Force to Combat Antisemitism. Additionally, she served as the inaugural Chair of Hillel International’s Content Creators Program to help Jewish and Zionist students create quality content and engage in healthy discourse on social media. Sabrina is also a member of the World Jewish Congress Jewish Diplomatic Academy and has held fellowship positions with the Israel on Campus Coalition Geller Program and the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis (CAMERA).
